1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the SkillPointe Foundation website (skillpointefoundation.org, the “Site”) or any related digital platform operated by SkillPointe Foundation, Inc. (“SkillPointe Foundation,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SKILLPOINTE FOUNDATION AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ITS CONTENT. YOUR SOLE REMEDY IS TO STOP USING THE SITE.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SkillPointe Foundation, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of others’ rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
