We’ve already funded 1,000+ vocational scholarships across 50 states and raised more than $5 million to create big opportunities for workers pursuing high-demand skills and the companies needing to hire them.

We’re redefining scholarships, making awards at scale and channeling trained workers into high-demand careers that don’t require a four-year degree.

And here’s the best news: Our model works. Over 95% of scholarship recipients complete training. Of those, 97% find employment. Median post-training income increase is +$32,000 in Year 1.
